1. Prices
All prices are in GBP (£), include VAT where applicable, and exclude delivery charges. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Order Acceptance
Orders placed online are confirmed via email but are only accepted once we contact you to confirm availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing or stock errors.
3. Payment
All payments are securely processed via Dojo at the time of ordering. We do not store any card details.
4. Product Descriptions
Images and colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences. If you need specific product info, contact us before purchasing.
5. Stock & Delivery
Items in stock are shipped promptly. Out-of-stock items may be sent separately or substituted upon your approval.
Delivery is typically via standard UK post and includes tracking. We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

Exchanges are possible for eligible items in original condition.
7. Liability
K & A Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our website or products. Your statutory rights are not affected.
