Shipping

  • Standard UK Delivery: £5.95 (2–5 working days)
  • Orders are shipped via a tracked courier.
  • If no one is available, a card will be left with instructions.
  • You may ship to a different address, but additional checks may delay dispatch.
  • We are not liable for delayed or misdirected deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt if you’re not satisfied.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Gift cards

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Items are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method via Dojo within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider – it may take time to post
  3. Then contact your bank

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us and send your item to the address below.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you directly, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
