What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase. You can return items in-store or by post. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Underwear, swimwear, and gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items are also not eligible for refunds.
If you received a gift and need to return it, we can offer store credit once it’s returned.
How long does delivery take?
We offer UK Standard Delivery at £5.95, which typically takes 2–5 working days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If any item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss your options — you can choose to wait, receive a partial shipment, or request a substitution.
Can I try on uniforms in-store?
Yes! You’re welcome to visit our shop at 11 Prospect Street, Bridlington to try on school uniforms before purchasing.
Our staff are happy to help with sizing and ensure your child gets the right fit.
Do you offer embroidery or name labeling services?
Yes, we offer embroidery services for adding names to selected products, including schoolwear.
We also provide custom embroidery for businesses, workwear, and branded clothing.
If you’d like to add a name to a garment or enquire about custom embroidery, please contact us or visit the shop for more information.
Can I order online and collect in-store?
Yes — you can place your order online and choose collection in-store as your delivery method.
Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you by phone or email to confirm collection details.
You’ll only be charged once your order is confirmed and available for pickup.
